Refund Policy

We offer a 1-day return policy. This means customers have 1 day from receiving their package to request a return.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received — unused, unworn, with the original tag attached, and the barcode from the shipping bag included.

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will notify the customer about the approval or rejection of the refund based on the item's condition.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that processing refunds may take some time.

Exchanges:

  • Available within 2 days of receiving the package.

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, and with the original tag attached.

  • Without these conditions, the exchange cannot be processed.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@girlistaa.com or through instagram DM so we can assess the issue and take appropriate action.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns, and items that are used, damaged, or missing tags/barcodes are non-refundable.
Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.

Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.

  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply for resending.
